On Friday, November 7 at 7:00 p.m., the #4 seed in 1A District 3 Dayton Greendevils (3-7) visits the #1 seed in 1A District 4 Covington Holy Cross Indians (10-0).  This is the first round of the playoffs.  The game will be played at Scott High School (not Thomas More University).  Start the discussion.

Coach Spencer has gotten the pieces put together well in Latonia. I've got a lot of respect for Coach Herbst and the Dayton program but I think Holy Cross is going to continue to roll this week. You can't ever overlook an opponent, especially in the playoffs, but I'm really excited about the potential for a round two game between Wiggy's Newport squad and Holy Cross.

I would obviously love seeing Dayton get the upset, but I think Holy Cross will be too much.

A game between Holy Cross and Newport would be good and interesting. That would be a tough one to pick in my opinion if they end up playing.
