FS penalties led to potentially 17-21 points worth of difference. Had JH ready to punt on 4th and 6 at their own 24 on the first drive, then jumped offside and JH converted the 4th and 1 and later scored. Then they had JH stopped on 4th and 20 at the FS 32 but roughed the passer and JH wound up scoring again. Then just before the half FS broke a long run down to the JH 25 with 15 seconds left but got called back for holding. Could have potentially gotten a field goal or TD there. Instead it is tied 14-14 at the half. But the Bulldogs also had penalties on offense that backed them up into long yardage situations. FS has scored quicker than JH but JH has been effective pounding the ball and the QB has had a couple of big runs around the end. JH gets the ball to start the second half.
