SHA becomes the first school to win back-to-back titles since West Jessamine, 2016-17. I'm also remembering Highlands doing the same in 2005-06. All four of those wins were over Sacred Heart, Notre Dame and Lex Cath (2x).

The South Oldham reference is a good counterpoint in those calling for changes. The Dragons have had great coaching, Cy Tucker for instance, a big school in a large metro area, access to good club soccer, and numbers (60+) to run Frosh/JV/Varsity teams - factors you absolutely must have to have to win at this level. Can only guess how many more titles they'd have if population growth hadn't made North Oldham's opening a necessity.
