Billy Gillespie on Administrative leave

Apparently he never learns from his mistakes.  Although no information is available on what the complaints are, it is not a tough guess, given his history.

Tarleton State's head coach Billy Gillispie has been placed on administrative leave according to a press release from the school. 
 

STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Steve Uryasz announced Friday that the Texas A&M University System has initiated an employee conduct review after receiving an anonymous complaint, and Texan Men’s Basketball head coach Billy Gillispie has been placed on temporary administrative leave. Associate Head Coach Glynn Cyprien has been named Acting Head Coach.

And that will be the end of his career.  Tarleton gave him a second chance (really a third if you remember reports of his behavior at Kentucky that led to his firing) and he blew it.  He seemed to be getting back in the game a bit as Tarleton gradually improved his first four years but then it fell significantly last year.  Maybe the pressure got to him again.

Just saw an update that he was reinstated from the Admin leave.  We shall see how this continues to play out.
