I said if South wanted to be taken seriously in 6A that they needed to keep this game close.

Sounds like they did a lot more than that.  South is always a tough team to prepare for and play.  And their QB is just gaining confidence.  Their lines will keep them in a lot of games.  

Not making excuses for Manual, but I honestly think having to play at Southern did not do them any favors.  It matters playing on your own field.  That isn't why they lost, but it didn't help them either.
