Plenty of success at Xavier, and also had Louisville at #1 in the country. 

He's not the charismatic coach we're used to around here, but the dude can coach, obviously.

I personally liked Chris Mack as a coach and maybe he could have done well at Xavier again. I don’t think things typically work on a redo though. Xavier couldn’t have done better with getting Richard Pitino. I believe it will be a good option for both and that they fit each other well.
