"Helmet Stats"...these include the stats from the previous thread(s) from the 2024 edition of Kentucky high school football helmet designs.

(12) teams with a helmet design based around a single letter for their school name or mascot name as the primary logo.

(9) teams with a helmet design based around the first letters of multiple words from their school name or mascot as the primary logo.

(14) teams with a helmet design using the school name and/or mascot name written out in text as the primary logo.

(2) teams with helmets only featuring the player's number on their helmet. No other logo.

(18) teams with a helmet design featuring only a graphic of the mascot or school logo. No other text or numbers.

(8) teams with either a completely blank helmet, or a blank helmet with a stripe down the center.

(0) teams with the "winged" helmet design.

(4) teams with helmets using the Clemson paw print in their helmet design.

(21) teams using the logo of an existing college team, sports team, or trademarked business logo.

While basic, this has been the look in Brownsville for many years- dating all the way back to when Rick Wood was there & their ‘96 semifinal team that got beat by Derek Homer’s Fort Knox Eagles.    I love this look from Edmonson County.

Love the “railroad” as the stripe for Estill County.  Obviously ties in great with their “Engineer(s)” nickname.

Not a fan.  The “County” thing is played out.  Originally, it was Christian County that made it popular, sharing their homestead with Hopkinsville. Then others joined in.

“Jags” in script on the side is a copy from South Alabama and a decal they wear sometimes, but I’m here for it. Much better.

It's definitely an old classic...but they've changed it up a few times in the past and come back to it. Here's what they were rocking when we did the helmet roundup back in 2017.

That’s sharp, too! “Dayton” spelled out would be even better, and keeping the pitchfork underline.

Love the work @Colonels_Wear_Blue.  I should have reached out to you when researching all the helmets earlier this year.  I was successful with finding pictures and/or logos for almost every team this year.  Helmet graphics for all 224 schools are on my Deviant Art Gallery.  

Speaking of E- teams, East Ridge is my only team I can't find one of the logos they use, specifically the left logo.  They have the school logo on the right side of the helmet.

That jersey isn't the color of East Ridge. However, East Ridge was a consolidation of three schools (Elkhorn City, Feds Creek, and Millard) and only Elkhorn City played football, so it might be a type of throwback (although Elkhorn was blue and gold and that looks more purple, which was the colors of Feds Creek).

East Ridge wore that jersey at least once last year.
