Geez Heritage had a chance. When they had Bert Capel playing they had some decently competitive teams.

No disrespect intended to Boone, but I really wanted to see Heritage get a win last night. I don't know for sure, but I am guessing that they have never won a district basketball tournament game. Good to see them be competitive with Boone - hope they can continue to grow!

No district tournament wins in 28 appearances. The closest loss was a 67-65 overtime defeat to Conner in 2009. They lost by 10 to Cooper in 2010 and by 19 to Ryle in 2023, the only other games with a margin under 20 points.
