It is tournament time and it is time to see if St. X can complete the Gauntlet. They have not lost to a team in Kentucky, they won the King of the Bluegrass, they won the LIT now it is time to see if they can win the region go to Rupp Arena and win the state championship becoming the first team since the 90's to do so when Fairdale achieved the very tough task of winning all the. Freshman Josh Lindsey is injured for the Tigers and looks to be done for the season and that is a big blow to them as he is a very nice piece to their team but they are very deep and I still believe they can get this done. I honestly feel that St. X and Great Crossing are on a collision course to meet in the State Championship which would be an epic matchup. I do believe the 7th region is 5 teams deep as far as teams that could step up and get hot at right time and win the region. let's get to the rankings and district pairings.

Ballard will win this district and I think Eastern will be runner up.

St. X has had some close calls and all it takes is one close game to go against you but it will take a team to go 4 quarters against the St. X depth and speed of play. I think they remember that upset loss to Seneca last season in tournament and will be focused every game.

I’d hate to be the District winner that draws Male.

Team is slowly coming together after missing Cole for most of the season.

Wouldn’t surprise me to see them in the Region finals.
