Rio played just fine tonight, but I don’t think it was his best game.  I think he has yet to play his best football.  Tayden is still an asset that has just begun to be used to its fullest potential. When that happens look out, because that will be a  game changer for the Birds.  He is not someone that can be covered by even the best defenses the Birds will face in the upcoming weeks.

Hatfield had 212 yards 2 tds.

He did!  He is a terrific runner; as good as he is running the football he is not accomplished as a passer.  He missed badly on throw after throw and when he did hit  receiver in the hands they did not catch the football.  Being one dimensional is not a key to success for and individual nor for a team.

Anyone have a score/recap of the JV game?

Birds rolled 49-0. Played 7 minute quarters.
