Adair moved the ball at will in this one but penalties absolutely killed them has they had 10 for 125 yards. New QB Easton jessie looked sharp going 16-19 for 223 yards. Russell County and new coach Steven French had a great gameplay of running the ball and controlling the clock to keep the Indian offense off the field. They ran 8 minutes off in the first quarter. Adair would get Russell in numerous 3rd and longs but a penalty or QB run with missed tackles bit Adair. They will need to regroup next week as they play 1A Caverna who defeated Muhlenburg tonight.

Not sure how many wins it will equate to, but I think Russell County will compete much better this year under Coach French.
