Cooper coach announced he is stepping down with another child on the way. 
 

Does Cooper keep it in house and look at their JV/Freshman coaches or do we see a fresh new coaching staff for the 2024 season?

Cooper has a good program, I feel like someone with a decent resume will jump on this....

Curious if there is a list of JV/FR coaches in the area that would make up a list of front runners for open V HC positions. Is this something folks track or discuss or is it very much based on connection to the program an open position is with which is the biggest aspects folks look for when thinking of candidates?
