Betlehem takes their first lead since early in the 1st quarter when they led 6-4. They are leading 38-37.

Bethlehem closes out the 3rd quarter strong and lead 44-40 end of the 3rd quarter. The big difference right now in a very good game is at the foul line. Bethlehem is 9-10 and Pikeville is only 4-10.
