Blake Reed has been getting limited minutes and a disagreement with coach led to him not playing for three or four games.  Last night, Blake Reed did not play and this time Cayden Reed played the first three minutes and didn’t play the rest of the game.  The dad went down to the bench in the fourth quarter to voice his frustration and was removed from the game.  The mom has voiced her frustration on social media.  Now the argument between the two parties is are they being reasonably disciplined or are they being treated unfairly.  About as short and unbiased as I could put it.  I don’t think anyone except the coaches and the family know what’s really happening in the locker room and at practice but that’s all I can say.

An unfortunate mess.  Brian Kirk is a good coach and has done very well the last 5 years at Mason County.  Blake and Cayden Reed are unbelievably talented as well.
