Final from Carlisle in the 10th Region Class A Championship.

The Augusta Panthers collected their second All A championship in school history and first since 2015. Conner Snapp led the way with 17 points and Kylan Hinson dropped in 16. Augusta faces Walton Verona on January 25th at 1pm at the Corbin Arena in the All A State Tournament.

Again, I am very proud of Augusta.  They all love their school and have created a quality school system that serves their citizens well.  Few people likely realize that Augusta is a public system and the high school has less than 100 students, usually about 90.  Congratulations!

Exciting to see the home boys win the 10th Regional All A.  A stellar step for sure.  For a squad so lean, they have accomplished exciting things.  With a depth of only 6, these young men give all.  We have been in every game, including our 4 losses.  But big courts and a fast pace can wear down only six in today’s game.
