Highlands ('21 grad) and Junior at NKU, Sam Vinson suffered a torn ACL during Thursday's game against St. Mary's.  Sam has been a huge leader for the Norse averaging 13.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.6 steals on 32.9 minutes per game.

This just pains me to write.....

Speedy recovery for Sam!!!!  Get well soon.

    I was watching the game and saw him go down with the injury but never heard anything else since there seemed to be no local media coverage.   Hate that for him and the Norse.   Speedy recovery!

    Hate this for Vinson, his family and NKU. Hate it as well for the only beer vendor who works NKU games.

    Cashed out my NKU Regular Season Horizon League Champs bet for 50% loss.
