Correct. They’ve lost in the finals of a few others. Considering that the 14th District has had their boot on the neck of the region for the last 53 years, it’s not really that surprising. Russellville (3) and Allen County-Scottsville (2) are the only teams outside the 14th District that have won more than 1 since 1971. (Franklin-Simpson would meet this qualification, but all of theirs were won as a member of the 14th.)
