What does East Ridge need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I only watched them once on a tape but from what I did see they need a lot.

A passing game that goes more than little dink passes, improved play on both lines and for both the offense and defense to play every play.

 

I think the head coach can get them going in the right direction but it will be baby steps which means in won't happen very soon.

From what I am hearing, East Ridge has a great deal of talent returning. There is also supposed to be a bunch of good young players sophomores and a good group of incoming freshmen. Sounds like a great foundation!

I have applied, but I haven't heard anything yet. I think the posting is up on the 14th and then I would say they will do interviews.
