Oden had a broken wrist half the year.

Yes he did. And During that time Durant was dominant. Even more so than Oden was tonight. Wasn't it his hand.

He played well against a mid level NBA PF and a senior reserve. Me thinks you buy in to one game too much. Oden will be a solid NBA C, but will never sniff elite status...

Why not??????????????? He's extremely athletic, HUGE, fast, great hands, good shot blocker, a NASTY developing hook. Richard was in there because he's a hatchet man and that's as hard to deal with as anything. This isn't based on one game, it's based on talent, potential, and the record of the big man in the NBA. Oden has very good footwork and very good body control for an 18 year old. I know both will be solid, but IMO Oden will have more W's in the NBA.

Torn Ligament...

His offensive game consists of jumping real high and dunking. I'm sorry but he won't be able to do that against the likes of Yao, Amare, Howard, Shaq, etc...

Spin moves and hook shots and hitting free throws apparently don't mean anything to you.... oh and dominating Noah and Horford and Richard.... oh and dunking and dominating hasn't worked for past centers??????????? Oden will be better than 3 guys on your list..... Oden is 18 and could start center in the league tomorrow.

It sounds to me like you didn't watch Durant near as much. The guy would have a bad game and score 25, grab a ton of boards and play good team ball. Oden will be very good at the next level. Durant will be great...

I'm not saying anything bad about Durrant, but swing men are a lot easier to come by than true centers that have the ability to dominate. How many GREAT swingmen are there. Imagine being Boston with the number 1 pick. Draft Paul Pierce Jr. or Greg Oden?

Both are locks to have good careers IMO, but Durrant will sell jersey's and Oden will win championships.

If you think Durant is a Paul Pierce type player I have nothing more to say. You're now arguing just to argue and starting to sound foolish... :p
