Both teams 0-2 but Owensboro has played against BG and CAL.  Great decision to load up the schedule even in defeat.  I think Devils find their groove.

35-7 Owensboro

Same. Would love to see Ty Ashley get some varsity reps at QB. He may be the next big QB coming out of Western Ky, has an arm and puts it on the money. Getting that varsity experience now as a freshman will really pay off.

I’m looking to see if Delaceys decision making improves as that will be the biggest factor on how far the Devils go this season IMO. The pieces are there, we just need Delacey to be more consistent.

I’ve heard good things about the freshman QB.

@Brownthis is just hearsay but I’m hearing he may be the starter next year. I watched him play against Henderson co. freshman squad. I liked what I saw.

I can’t tell if it’s 14-0 or 7-0 Owensboro.  2tds scored but scoreboard says 7-0

29-7 at half

If Delacey played mistake free football this game could easily be 42-0 at the half the defense has given up little to nothing all night. DC’s only score comes from a returned INT.

He’s thrown 2 then

Hampton in from 15

O 36-7

TD Winstead

43-7

Final 50-7 Owensboro

O is in trouble next week if they can’t figure something out in the QB position. OCath won’t let the Red Devils run all over them like DC did.
