I would not be surprised if Coach Utter leaves:  He has not been happy for 2 seasons and he almost left at the conclusion of last season. He does a good job at a school that doesn’t care about athletics, has terrible facilities,  and not many athletes roaming halls.  Only thing that would keep him there is the junior class which includes his son.  

I agree he does do a good job. And I think he has reached his ceiling. Every school goes through it's cycles. Some shorter than others. Every good coach has self pride and think's he can win region championships and once that's been done a few times, then they think winning state. I do think he has the fire and knowledge to get at that point. But not at Grant. Not enough talent in the county. Just ask Williamstown. Sure there are a few good and great talents, but not year after year. But why do you say he hasn't been happy? Let the cat out...
