That was a nice win; got to stretch out a bit. One of the CAN's announcers noted they stayed local. That would have been a heck of a turnaround.

Clay Co isn’t like the good ole days when Bobby Keith roamed the sidelines. The man was a great coach and I thoroughly enjoyed watching his teams in the Sweet 16.

He did for 5 state tournament appearances, but Bobby Keith also had other really good teams in the tournament too.

Yep.....Clay County was, for many years, the CONSTANT in the boys' Sweet 16.     You hardly even looked to see who was coming out of the 13th.....it was Clay County!
