Casey County High School is excited to announce the hiring of Mr. Levi Rogers as its new head football coach. Coach Rogers comes to Liberty from Southwestern High School where he was the head assistant coach and defensive coordinator. In addition, he served as a special education and in school suspension teacher.

Coach Rogers is a 2008 graduate of Lincoln County High School where he was a four year starting quarterback for the Patriots.
He advanced to the collegiate level and played quarterback for Lindsey Wilson College for one year. Then furthered his education at Columbia Southern University where he received his degree in Business Administration/Sports Management. Coach Rogers is currently enrolled in the MAT Program at the University of Cumberlands.

Coach Rogers comes to the Rebels football program with an extensive coaching background that has prepared him for his new role as head football coach at Casey County.
Levi has spent the last 13 years serving as wide receivers and linebackers coach at Garrard County, offensive and defensive coordinator at his alma mater Lincoln County High School, and most recently calling the defense for Southwestern High School as the head assistant coach and defensive coordinator. Casey County High School Athletic Director Victor Black stated, “Coach Rogers brings a great deal of football knowledge and experience from both sides of the ball to our football program. His coaching experience, use of the latest technology for teaching and coaching the game on and off the field, attention to detail with the weightlifting program will be a great asset to the program.
Coach Rogers’ passion and enthusiasm for the game of football is contagious. I think he will be able to build a great rapport with our players. We are excited to have him as our new head coach.”
Coach Rogers plans to meet with the players and coaches later this week.

Coach Rogers resides in Hustonville with his wife Cheyenne and daughter Zoey.
