Congratulations to the guys at Holmes who won their first game of the season last night, after sustaining 17 losses.  This was also the first time this year that the Dawgs have put up in excess of 60 points.

My hat is off to the players who continue to persevere at practice everyday, in pursuit of victory.  A few more opportunities will present themselves between now and the conclusion of their season.

Congratulations and I know it may take some time but hopefully the future will be brighter for the Bulldogs. Kudos to the players and coaches for hanging in there during the tough times. The 9th region is always better when Holmes is competitive.

I'm in total agreement with Mustang and Mr. Sixer.  However, they have a long road ahead.
