Scott led the whole way. I think at one point in the second quarter they were up by a many as 18 and were leading by 14 at halftime. 

 

Brossart was able to cut the lead to 10 points about midway through the 3rd quarter and from there it was a highly contested game but Scott maintained a 6 to 8 point lead until about 1:30 to go in the 4th. At that point Brossart was about to cut it to 2 points. 

 

From that point it was basically a free throw contest. 

 

Scott's bigs played really well as did there point guard, #3.

 

Brossart's #4 (Woosley, I think) and #24 Sepate played well. 

 

All together, a great Friday night basketball game to be at. 

Great crowd along with tons of Scott students, at times seemed like a home game for the Eagles. 

Very loud at times by Scott fans. 5 in a row for the eagles. 

Would have been an absolutely awesome come-back win for our guys.  Unfortunately, fo us, it was not to be.  Twice in the fourth quarter we cut it to 6, only to have the Eagles get a key basket and then push it back to 10.  

I too agree that it was a great game, and also was somewhat taken aback by the huge Scott following, especially the student section.

The JV game may have been one of the most contentious games played in our facility at any level.  There were seven ties and ten lead changes.  We were knotted up at 17's, 28s, 30s, 32s, 36s, 38s and 41s.  Scott took the lead 43-41 in the waning seconds, only to have Parker Mulberry hit the game-winning 3 pointer.  Really a great basketball game.
