Well in almost 18 minutes of game time we have ran a grand total of 11 plays. It is 65 degrees down there and our defense has already been on the field for over 11 minutes so far.

Well if NFL teams had a scripted first 15 plays to start the game like a high school or college team, if Brady puts together another long drive the Bengals would not get theirs ran in the first half since we have only ran 14 in over 27 minutes so far.

On a lighter note especially how this game is going so far.

The Bucs are doing to the Bengals what the 49ers did to them last week. Another touchdown by Brady to make it 17-0 with 1:39 left in the half.

Some stats so far: Total plays 40-14; first downs 16-3; Time of possession 20:27-7:54 enough said. Plus the Bucs get the ball to start the 3rd quarter.

I can't believe we did not take one shot at the endzone on first or second down from the 23 yard line at least we got 3 points to make it 17-3 at the half.

Terrible decision by Joe to throw that ball to Perine, don’t see that a lot

Sure am glad Bucs missed that FG, otherwise they would’ve scored every time they had the ball first half, just a pitiful half on both sides of the ball.   Now Hubbard is hurt too, just forfeit the game and go home so nobody else gets hurt

Bengals did exactly what I expected on defense - rush 3. They are going to do that a lot this second half.

 

 

 

Thanks to the dumb call by the Bucs to give us a shot to get back in it we need to get 7 here with that field position.

I'm afraid that will hurt not getting 7 with that gift but a 21 yard FG by McPherson to make it 17-6 Bucs. I must say so far Carlton Davis is doing the best job one on one on Chase that I've seen anyone do all year.

So far it is looking like the Bengals defense is coming back out in the 2nd half looking like a totally different team again with some great adjustments so far. We really need 7 here to make this a game that can now go either way.
