I was thinking about the cool house in Richmond with the underground bunker. I saw recently that it was still for sale...just thinking through if I had the money to buy it, could I live in it knowing that a guy broke in and killed the daughter in her bed.

No.  I don't need anyones bad juju harshing my vibe.
