This may not be on everyone's radar but congratulations to Seneca on another win and a 5-0 start. The Redhawks, who have had four winless seasons in the last seven years, have outscored their opponents 211-6 and reached the five win mark for the first time since 2014. Their last winning season was a 9-1 record in 2003 that included a one-point win over Trinity. The opponents might not be state championship contenders but every program deserves to have some success and I'm happy to see it happening for Seneca!

Coach Eckloff is a former Male Defensive coach, who is doing just a Super job over off Goldsmith Lane!

I'm not sure who their cross-district partner is, but watch out for the War Hawks!  Great story for this season!

Ballard is 5-0 with a win over Male, Seneca is 5-0 and has outscored opponents 211-6, Fairdale is 4-1, Holy Cross is 4-1, Shawnee has gotten a win. I really like this for the state of football in the Derby City.
