Meltdown: Three Mile Island

Featured Replies

A new four-part mini docuseries regarding the accident at Three Mile Island is on Netflix.  Kind of scary how close we were to Chernobyl on our own US soil.  I felt like it was worth the watch.

I watched a two hour one on the history channel or science channel or something like that.  In short, the reactors and their cooling systems were defective and they knew it long, long before the meltdown.

I started this last night and had never even heard of this event. I'm excited to finish it.

I am sorry everyone, I watched a documentary on Chernobyl, not Three Mile Island.

I had heard about it and knew it was close to a Chernobyl situation but didn't really know details.

Making me want to watch the HBO mini series, Chernobyl, again.

Finally I got it right, I just finished watching this and exactly like MJ, I thought this was worth the watch.

Did you finish it Deuce?

I did finish it, and agree I’m glad I watched it. I had never even heard about it.
