Game #2 of the 12th Region Tournament Wednesday Night at 8:15.

 

First time that Lincoln and Rockcastle have played this year. What are your guys thoughts on this game.  

I think Rock will stick around in this one.  They start 5 SRs, and Mullins is a great scoring guard and Sanders inside is a load.  2 things: Lincoln has multiple guards that can defend Mullins and I think Rock will struggle keeping Lincoln’s guards in front of them.  Lincoln 62-50 win.

Rockcastle has a really good team. Been impressed with them all season. Not sure they have enough firepower to outlast Lincoln. 

Rock is solid club and will play really hard. They have potential to keep it close but I look for Lincoln to take control in the second half and win but not a blow out. I look for Jackson to slow the pace and keep the score in the 50's. I agree Sanders is a load and will cause a matchup problem. Also Evan Smith is a bulldog defender. He gave Imfeld problems all night in the 45th District Championship. He could help to slow Mullins down.  Lincoln 59 Rock 49.

I think this is spot on.  I will say Daniel Mullins is the best guard in the region no one talks about.  He can get hot quickly from deep.

Correct Mullins can score. Chasteen is also a player that sneak up and score 10-15 on a good night.
