Any reason in particular for the 6:30 kickoff in local games? Seems like more often than not the games with early kickoffs are the ones with a visiting team coming from out of town...early kickoff means the game is over earlier and the visitors make it home at a more reasonable hour. Seems a little odd that the local yokels are the ones playing early in Lexington.

I think it’s a “safety thing” .

Fayette Co schools vs Fayette Co schools only because of safety reason.. supposedly. Have them play early and leave the property earlier than normal.
