Final in the 3rd Place game of the Ashland Invitational Tournament. The Purples led nearly the whole game before a slightly controversial call (looked like a clean play to me) with two seconds left put Lincoln County at the line in a tie game. Jaxon Smith made both free throws to hand Bowling Green its second straight loss after a 10-0 start to the season.

    Even if the call was close may have been only call Lincoln got all tourney. Ashland definitely gets all calls.

    Didn't realize how young Bowling Green was. Mostly Freshman and Sophomores.

    Their freshman group in particular is incredibly talented. They also have an 8th grader seeing significant minutes. They’re already a problem, but they’re likely a legitimate state contender in two years.
