This game was the second of the night at Barren County and did not get started until around 9 PM CT and did not finish until 11:30 or so. Adair was hot out of the gate going up 20-6, but fumbled right before halftime to let Barren make it a 20-13 game at half. Barren dominated the third quarter and most of the 4th as Adair looked gassed but this one went to overtime. Barren missed a pair of long kicks wide right late in the 4th to win it. This was one of the more exciting games I have seen. 

Good start to the season for Adair County.

That first kick they missed was 42 yards and it was just inches left. Barren has a history of finding ways to lose games so this doesn’t come as a big shocker. I think however they did expose some things on Adair that they have to improve upon.
