Brown in the passing game again and gets a key 3rd Down conversion though he almost lost a fumble.

DeSales gets a key sack on 2nd and 1 and will force 4th Down.

LCA rolls the dice and Xavier Brown makes a BIG TIME catch with a defender draped on him for the conversion. LCA goes hurry up and Brown gets two more ctaches to set the Eagles up at the DeSales 22 with :15 to go.

Nieves tries to tuck and run but is tackled at the LOS. LCA burns their final TO and will try a 38-yard Field Goal.

Kick is plenty good.

LCA has a really nice team. DeSales has their hands full tonight.  They need to find some help for James Johnson.  He's very good, but he can't do it all by himself.

Two pretty good teams. LCA has outschemed DeSales and Xavier Brown has been superb.

James Johnson looks the part of one of the best returning RBs in KY for the Colts, but LCA's pass rush has been the difference.

If DeSales can get Scroggins going in the pass game and open up space for zjohnson between tackles this one could swing.

LCA may not have the 1-2 combo of gamebreakers they had last year, but Nieves is filling Barnhardt's shoes well and the OL is stout.

DeSales lacks that dominating DL play but they are still very stout, aggressive, and quick on D. The Hollenkamp kid looks very good at LB.

The LCA kicker is a very good kicker. That's a great asset for a high school team.
