Jackson City vs. Breathitt

I was responding to the post made by roundball about coach hall winning the close game. It had nothing to do with coach banks. Jackson lost a 7 point lead to a 1-2 East ridge team.

I was just also raising the issue of Coach Banks' game calling, Coach Hall also is questionable in a close game

I saw the game between Hazard and Breathitt and thought Breathitt was well prepared for this game. I think Hazard beat them by 35-40 last year. Breathitt could be a threat by March

Hazard did throttle them last year, but Breathitt was full of sophomores. With such a young team as they had last year, not many coaches could of had a winning season

I can understand not having a winning season, but winning only 4 games is a little disappointing. These kids are only 9 months older than they were at the end of last season and they seem to have a totally differenty attitude.

They look like they are in better shape and play a lot harder.

That extra year means a lot. I think Breathitt done just about all they was last season. They were unexperienced with little or no varsity minutes. They got a lot of experience and it will show this season.

The way the Tigers have been playing lately, I'm going to have to change my mind in this one and go with the Bobcats at home. Breathitt by 6. Should be a great crowd and a great atmosphere in Jackson on Friday night. Wish I could be there. Gotta take the wife Christmas shopping.

This is another good rivalry game that will bring both teams' good games. I think Breathitt will pull it out by 5.

This game should have taken place last year! Why it didn't? Two words: Howard, and Fugate! Good luck to Jackson. I'll still be pulling for them!
