You've just got to love those stats!

Corbin and South have both beaten the Colonels so the stat of teams who have beaten each is not correct. The Cards and Hounds have two losses between them. Not sure how accurate the others are. One would agree on paper this is a game the Colonels Should Win. I take the Jackets in a nail biter...Wburg 58 Whitley 54.

I heard last night that Williamsburg had some run throughs last night and the guys didn't respond to well

Williamsburg 62-59.

This is an excellant cross-town rival game. One in which the smaller school has had some success against the bigger one. The kids know each other well, and it makes for a heated but clean rivalry, but this year Williamsburg will overcome the adversity they have had and win the game, Whitley has nobody to contend with McCray at the point.

Williamsburg 58

Whitley 55

Of course I tend to be a realist and think that this year Williamsburg better get Whitley because I may be the last chance for a long, long, long time.

No one knows what the future holds, therefore I disagree with that statement. However, the past can not be disputed, therefore I have a question?

Do you or does anyone for that matter know what the series record is?

Also how many district and regional titles does both schools have?

I am not sure what the overall record is, Williamsburg got the best of Whitley from the time period of the mid 90's up until the early 2000's. Williamsburg's last district Title was in 98, I am not sure about Whitley. Whitley had some great teams in the early 90's. Hopefully it will be a great game, I think it will be a battle of two young teams. The winner will be determined by who makes the least amount of mistakes and which of the experienced players steps up in crunch time.
