Carl White has stepped down after five seasons at the helm.

 

From Coach White's Facebook page,

 

"Well ... It's been fun ... As the 2019-20 season comes to an end for the Ballard Lady Bruins, so has my roll [sic] as the head coach for the program ... Time to turn the page and start a new chapter ... Thanks to the young ladies and their families who supported our efforts to turn around the program."

One would think that this could be a very good job. I don't know much about the girls team, so maybe it already is.
