In theory, yes, Walton-Verona can force a three-way tie in the 32nd, but that's not my prediction. Sorry, this list was meant as a kind of combo, "reality and prediction" list. The 29th and 30th are in stone.

 

Actually, the 32nd might be....does anybody know what the 32nd uses as their three -way tiebreaker? I'll check.

 

Ditto for the 31st. My prediction is Gallatin.

That's true, but my prediction is Gallatin. You are correct, the #1 seed is not wrapped up yet.
