I have been looking everywhere this morning and am having trouble finding any on sale at this point.

Click on the KHSAA site and look for sweet 16 tickets.

Sweet sixteen ticket books (all games) went on sale this past Friday. Go through Rupp Arena Ticket office directly to purchase. Call them and they can take your order over the phone.

As of yesterday, they were not selling yet...I called Rupp Ticket office.
