Also the Ravens are averaging 9.6 yards per play.

And we wonder why the Bengals are 0-5. lol at least it can only improve. I hope.

Erickson was open there for 6 but the banged up line could not give Dalton enough time to make the throw. Have to punt again.

That last Raven scoring drive due to penalties they picked up first downs very easy on a 1st and 19 and a 1st and 15. That’s just terrible defense to allow that to happen on the same drive. Then the Bengals get a first and 5 due to a Raven penalty and can not pick up a first down.

 

The defense isnt good, but the defense is even worst because of how bad our offense is. Don't worry though once the Ravens go prevent in the 4th quarter Dalton will get on a roll. Then make people say he isn't a problem. Even though even on that last play while there was pressure off the left edge he had room to slide up in the pocket to make a better throw. However, he just adds to how bad our line is by how bad he is at moving and sliding in the pocket.

Dalton had room to slide up in the pocket with pressure high on the backside. However he has never been good at feeling pressure and knowing how to move and slide in the pocket to make a throw. To many things have to be perfect for Dalton to play good.

The line is bad no denying that. Jonah William's needs to be healthy and be a stud. The add other pieces. Billy Price being another bust as an offensive lineman really hurt.

 

With all that said while the line is bad. Dalton has never been good at maneuvering in the pocket and feeling pressure and knowing how to slide in the pocket to still make a throw. So you take a bad line and a qb with bad pocket awareness you get a horrible offense. A more talented qb who can manage the pocket better would help, but definitely still need to add pieces on the line too.

The Bengals run defense Is ranked 31st in the league. With just two minutes to play maybe ok Jackson is going to have to throw the ball. lol
