The Central Hardin Bruins hosts the Daviess County Panthers. This will be a game with contrasting styles as Central Hardin will try to establish the run first to set up a more balanced offense while Daviess County will spread the field and pass first to set up the run. Who wins this one?

Central Hardin looked great in their second preseason scrimmage against Franklin County. The halftime score was 38-7, final score 56-13. Central Hardin skill positions are its strong point with seniors Gavin George (6'4" 190), playing receiver/CB, Chase Elmore (6'3" 195), playing QB/Safety,and Deonco Wilkerson (5'10" 190) at RB/CB. I think that Central Hardin matches up well with a passing team like Daviess County with a strong defensive backfield made up of all seniors and a dynamic run game with Deonco Wilkerson and FB Kyler Lee. Shaun Hay, a 6'4" 230 pound TE has good hands and is a load to bring down in the open field. Central Hardin rolls in this one 42-16.
