Cline has a lit of potential from what I've seen of him in the preseason 7on7's and scrimmages.

I was really impressed with him last year when West came to Russell. The running game wasn't clicking for the Comets that night, but Cline is too good to be silenced completely. He made plays in the passing game and on defense, scoring a couple of TDs. He'll be a handful this year and next.
