From the Paris - 2019 Schedule thread:

I guess we'll have to wait and see how this all shakes out. Right now there isn't much word coming from any of the schools, but we have discrepancies with the following games:

Sep 13 Pendleton County - OPEN (per Pendleton County's KHSAA Schedule)

Sep 13 Gallatin County at Dayton (per Dayton's KHSAA Schedule)

Sep 13 Pendleton County at Dayton (per Pendleton County's School Website)

Sep 20 Pendleton County at Dayton (per Dayton's KHSAA Schedule)

Sep 20 Pendleton County at Paris (per Paris' KHSAA Schedule)

Sep 20 Pendleton County at Paris (per Pendleton County's School Website)

Saw them yesterday at 7 on 7 with NCC, Conner and Newport. I have to say that I was impressed with their numbers and the coaching staff. Kids seemed dedicated and coaches seemed into it. They might not have won every series but they competed hard. Hope it goes well and those boys can have a great High School football experience.

Numbers are up, I think Coach Herbst said he’s at 32 Freshman-Seniors and last season they finished under 20.

Dayton is also starting their MS program this season, think they are around 18-20 players.

Dayton Alums recently renovated the football locker rooms, shower rooms, and coaches offices. The kids are excited for the upcoming season. They are headed in the right direction!

From the Dayton Independent School District Facebook page:

Alumni, students, coaches, administrators, athletic director, board members and more engaged upon Davis Field for annual clean up day!

Oldest field in Kentucky High School sports that is still used for varsity competition!

Pride!

Tradition!

Keep Growing!

The spirit and attitude around the program has blossomed under the present athletic director Barbara Lukens. She personally takes pride in things like the appearance and cleanliness of the press box, an attitude that didn't exist before her arrival about four years ago.

Unfortunately, the Davis Field Stadium grandstand is disintegrating and in need of major repairs.

It is uplifting to see the community and alums turn out in support of their football program.

Best of Luck to the Greendevils.
