Elliott County 79 Russell 52

When Elliott County is making shots like they did tonight, they're too much for anyone in the 16th to handle.

Russell held a slim lead with about three minutes to go in the first half before Elliott flipped a switch and blew the game open with an 18-3 run going into the locker room. The onslaught continued in the second half with Korbin Spencer and Co. seemingly making every shot they put up.

Spencer had a game high 34 points. Tristan Miller paced Russell with 24. The two teams combined for what seemed like 30 threes on the night. That's only a slight exaggeration. The iron was kind at the Marv tonight, unfortunately more so for the visitors than the homestanding Red Devils.
