November 13, 200619 yr Yeah, but they are looking bad, and making stupid decisions. Gonna have to make a turnaround like they did against the eagles to win this game. That hurts. Grossman is still the Bears QB. We'll see...

November 13, 200619 yr the Giants are picking up guys off the street to play at this point due to injuries. At least we're clear on your talking point for a few weeks...
November 13, 200619 yr Author At least we're clear on your talking point for a few weeks... Is it not true? It won't be for a few weeks...this is one loss vs a 7-1 team. And it's not like they had a 21 point lead at the half or anything like that...
November 13, 200619 yr  It doesn't matter who's the QB right now...the Giants are picking up guys off the street to play at this point due to injuries. The D hasn't been a problem in this game so I don't know why you keep harping on that. It's been the starting field position the Giants are giving the Bears with turnovers.

I've yet to say the Bengals injuries are costing them like others on here. It's the NFL, and that as big a part of the game as anything these days...
November 13, 200619 yr Author The D hasn't been a problem in this game so I don't know why you keep harping on that. It's been the starting field position the Giants are giving the Bears with turnovers. The Giants have given up 31 points, and have had virtually no pass rush since the 1st quarter.. that's not on the D?
November 13, 200619 yr The Giants have given up 31 points, and have had virtually no pass rush since the 1st quarter.. that's not on the D? How many of that has been off turnovers? And take off 7 for the FG return.
November 13, 200619 yr Author I've yet to say the Bengals injuries are costing them like others on here. It's the NFL, and that as big a part of the game as anything these days... I never said you claimed that...  Injuries are part of the game...but if you are telling me most teams are playing right now with more than half of there D on the sidelines due to injuries...you are crazy.
November 13, 200619 yr Author How many of that has been off turnovers? And take off 7 for the FG return. Not sure... The offense hasn't played great either but if you think the D has played good....you havn't been watching. They played good in the first half, but not being able to rotate the D-line and playing 3rd and 4th string linebackers is hurting them.
