I saw on twitter that this is the first time Garrard County has won at East Jessamine in school history.

Garrard is a dangerous team. They just need to find ways to win more of their close games and this might be the year they break through in the 45th and make it to the 12th Region tournament.

True. It's been an odd series over the years. East now leads 11-3 (6-1 at East) but it seems like most of the games have been close, competitive affairs. Glad the Lions finally got the upper hand.
