Smokey Joe
The Lady Stangs keep rolling with the W tonight in Ludlow. It was ugly at times but they never gave up. Good job!
Mustang
I witnessed this came and came away impressed with how hard Ludlow played. The difference in this game was simply that one team had 6'2" Marie Kiefer, and the other didn't. She strongly influenced play on both ends of the court. Even with Marie scoring 24 points for the Lady 'Stangs, the ladies from Ludlow hung tough. Rarely does an NKAC Division III team field a team that can run with the big dogs, but this Lady Panthers team has defeated Montgomery County by 22 points, and posted sizable wins over conference rivals Beechwood and Calvary Christian, and a narrow win over conferene rival Dayton, who also has an exceptional team this season with many returning starters on their roster. In the Brossart game, Abby Mahan, a junior shooter with no conscience led her team with 16 points, and 8th Grader Mylee Garrett added 8 points. It will be fun to follow this team throughout the remainder of their season.
RaidersWin
Will Brossart upset some teams in the 10th or are they not quite there yet? I’m guessing that Clark County would be too much for Brossart but what about the other schools in the region?
hydraman
Will Brossart upset some teams in the 10th or are they not quite there yet? I’m guessing that Clark County would be too much for Brossart but what about the other schools in the region? It’s highly unlikely Brossart will challenge the top 3-4 teams in the region. GRC, Campbell, and Scott are too strong this year.
Smokey Joe
The sophomore class this year got a lot of varsity experience last year that will help them out this season. I feel they can challenge anyone that is not GRC in the 10th.
