I think you might be right about this one. I, unlike some, don't believe that Ryle's pass D is very good. I think that will be their achiles heel. Also, stop Murray and that will stop the Raiders for the most part. Grey is pretty good, don't get me wrong, but Murray is the one you have to watch out for. Both will get their yards, but if you stop Murray you have a great chance to win. If you don't... welll.... game over.

That said, Ryle is the most talented team in 4A and CC is the best at playing team ball. Should be a good one. I think the coaching edge is close, Ryle doesn't do well coming from behind, so unless CC is up by a couple scores going into the fourth this one will likely go down to the wire.

I'll agree that the pass D is not the strength of our defense. We do have some talented atheletes in the secondary, who are certainly capable of getting done. I don't think there are many in NKY that can cover Griffin one on one. That being said, I see what your saying about stopping Murray. First, I think we've seen in the past that if you key on Murray too much, Gray can and will beat you. Second, I don't think they can stop Murray. I think CC's best chance for success is to get out to an early lead. As you pointed out, our offense isn't designed to score points in a hurry, and we might struggle from behind. All of that being said, I think Cinderella's glass slipper breaks on Friday, and CC falls to the Raiders. I just don't see that much improvement on the CC side to make up 25+ points. Anything can happen, we shall see. One at a time.

The Camels have one thing to do to win this game I think, STOP Murray.

I think Griffin will have his way with the Ryle Dbacks, but he won't make up for Murray if he is alowed to run wild.
