November 2, 20187 yr Author Mrs. S just texted saying we are having a bad storm at home as I was getting, yet, another tornado warning on my cell phone. I had her go to our bedroom closet, a walk in. It's the only interior room with no windows. I can't get to her, because of the storming here at work. Frustrating as hell.
November 2, 20187 yr Author At home the winds have died down. Mrs. S reporting that my well enclosure is gone. Its demise did not effect the well, though, no shooting fountain and we still have water pressure, so that's good. She can see all that from the family room. She has not gone outside, yet. I'm heading home.
November 2, 20187 yr Author Got home. Checked the roof. No missing shingles. The well enclosure is fixable. Lots of tree limbs and trash from trees that are not mine. Two of my neighbors are missing shingles and have several trees down.
November 2, 20187 yr Author Mrs. S says she has not seen wind move like that since she was in a trailer that took a direct hit from a tornado, back in the 70's. Cyclonic Turbulence. There was something close by.
November 2, 20187 yr Author Reports are that twisters touched down in Carrolwood, Spring Hill, and Seminole, along with one my friend reported in Pinellas Park. That one hit the place he was working at. Ripped off a garage door and caused other damage. I don't know what the other damage was. I guess he was standing next to the door when it flew off. Lucky he didn't get sucked out with it.
November 2, 20187 yr That's the only one that is confirmed so far on the NWSChat. Seminole and also a thunderstorm wind damage in N. Spring Hill.
November 2, 20187 yr Seminole two roofs blown off houses on Larendale Circle in Spring Hill, other homes in the area had partial roof damage. They changed the wind damage in Spring Hill to tornado damage.
