Less chance of injury since starters will probably see 1Q. Pretty much like a bye.

Who are some 2nd or 3rd team guys who will benefit from some extended playing time?

I’d like to see the two JV QB and Frosh QB play. Will see JR Logan Davis at RB. JR DE Mick Walsh is 2nd team but will most likely start next year. Several others too numerous to type them all.
